Our service is available in Free and paid (Pro/Business) tiers:

• Free Plan: Static QR codes are free forever. No watermarks, no scan limits. No registration required for basic use.
• Pro/Business Plans: Dynamic QR codes, advanced analytics, bulk generation, and API access require a paid subscription.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Regarding content and intellectual property:

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of the content you encode into QR codes.
• Our License: By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.
• Our Platform: All software, designs, logos, and trademarks on FreeQRCodeGen.online are our exclusive property.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our platform without explicit written permission.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from service outages or interruptions.
• Static QR codes, once downloaded, function independently of our servers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

If you use our API, additional terms apply:

• API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan.
• You may not resell API access or use it to build a competing QR code service.
• API keys are personal and must not be shared publicly.
